FIFA officials accused of Bribery in Qatar 2022

UEFA boss, Michele Platini has reacted to allegations of bribery involved in the Qatar 2022 stage by the FIFA officials. FIFA officials have been accused of taking bribes from Qatar to win the vote for 2022 World Cup.
Platini said that a re-vote would be the option if the allegations are proved to be true.
Platini said: "If corruption is proven, it will take a new vote and sanctions."

Meanwhile the Qatar 2022 World Cup committee has denied all allegations of wrong doing. Michel Platini is yet to disclose whether he will stand for FIFA presidency after the World Cup in Brazil as elections for new FIFA head will take place next year.
