Croatia has better team but...

It is not always that teams that have better players win at end. Neither team show some good form in fiendlies and it will be interesting to see how they will play when it matters.

Croatia is really small nationa with less then 5 mio total population but they really good football players. Team is lead by coach Zlatko Dalic that took over by end of World cup qualifications and finished qualifications in great way.

On goal they have two solid keepers in Lovre Kalinic from Gent and Danijel Subasic from Monaco but they are not highest level keepers so this could be weak spot in their team.

In defence they again have solid but not top class payers. Most kwn is for sure Liverpool central back Lovren he will probably start in center of defence with Vida from Besiktas. On righ back they have great Vrsaljko from Atletico and on left back options are Strinic from Sampdoria or Pivaric from Dinamo Kiev.

Midfield is much stronger then defence there is no doubt. Modric from Real Madrid, Rakitic from Barcelona, Badelj from Fiorentina, Kovacic from Real Madrid, Brozovcic from Inter are all top class midfielders and there are also many other like Rog from Napoli and Pasalic from Spartak Moscow. Realy top class midfield.

Attack again is on highest level maybe little bit weaaker then midfield but still on higest level possible. Madzukic from Juve, Perisic from Inter, Kalinic from AC Milan, Kramaric from Hoffenheim and Pjaca from Schalke all play major roles in their clubs and play on higest level.

Sucess of this team will depend of defence and keepers from if everything is conected ok they can produce great results.

Nigeria once was team that everyone was afraid of as they play great phisical and full of tempo football but in recen years they are not on same level any more. Still this year they have really solid team with some great talents if they will play as team they can achive something.

On goal they have experienced 35yo Vincent Enyeama who has already over 100 caps. Replacement keepers are Daniel Akpeyi playing for Chippa and Carl Ikeme playing for Wolwerhampton.

Like on goal they also have problems in defence. Best player is Chidozie Awaziem from Nantes his teammates in defence are players like Leon Balogun that plays for Mainz or Kenneth Omeruo that plays for Kasimpasa. So they play in Europe but not for best teams.

Midfield is much better with Leicester Wilfred Ndidi and Chelsea Victor Moses being main stars. But there are also experienced John Mikel Obi and Ogenyi Onazi from Trabzospor and talanted Uche Agbo from Standard.

In attack they have even better choice. Central forwards Ahmed Musa from CSKA, Kelechi Iheanacho from Leicester, Odion Ighalo playing in China and Brown Ideye from Malaga are all great goal scorers. On wings they also have great players like Arsenal talent Alex Iwobi or Moses Simon from Gent.

With Nigeria questons are two first is how good they can defend as they lack quality in defence and on goal and second is will they play like team or everyone will look for better team for himself. Result depends of this.

I belive that tactical discipline will decide this match and Croatia is team to choose over Nigeria every single time when it comes that players play like coach set them and to be disciplined in attack in defence. TIP 1
